Meet The Team

Hi, I’m Hayley, I’m the Aesthetics practitioner, Advanced skincare therapist and nail technician here at Elements Health & Beauty. I joined the salon back in 2014 as an apprentice when we were known as ‘Abby Rose Holistics’ and then in 2020 I became the business owner, alongside Hannah.

I initially qualified in Holistics and Beauty but unfortunately for the past few years an injury has limited the number of massages I am able to do. However, during the Coronavirus lockdown when the salon had to close for several months, I took the opportunity to expand my skills by working in a mental health care home as a nurse’s assistant and the experience of working in this medical environment pushed me to venture into the aesthetics/clinical skincare industry. On my return to working full time at the salon, I qualified in several aesthetic procedures and treatments. I now offer semi permanent make up (SPMU)/microblading for brows, B-Tox, Profhilo and 70 Hyal 5 point Facelifts, under eye treatments, Jalupro skin booster injections and fillers, and the list is still growing.

I pride myself on using only the highest quality products and meeting the most stringent clinical hygiene standards. I know the value of a trusted, highly skilled and conscientious aesthetic practitioner and I specialise in achieving natural looking results for my clients.

Hi I’m Chloe and I’m a qualified makeup artist and nail technician. I’ve worked I makeup for almost ten years, usually working summers in Ibiza providing wedding and event makeup. I’ve also done special event makeup for places like the zoo project allowing me to use my creativity.

Since being back in the UK I’ve worked for names such as Morphe, Sephora, urban decay and trinny London. I decided to enrol onto a nail course early this year to add to my skills and now work alongside my sister Hayley at elements providing both nails and makeup.

I also do LVL lashes and brow treatments.

Hi, I’m Julie and I run The Little Gift Shop from within Elements Health & Beauty. I started this business during lockdown to keep me occupied as I used to be so busy caring full time for my mum; she started living at The Willows Dementia Hub just before lockdown which meant my time was now more available.

At The Little Gift Shop, I sell items such as candles, glassware, plaques and trinket trays starting from £3.00 right up to gifts at £40.00 for larger items like salt lamps, lanterns, cushions, blankets and other home and soft furnishings. There’s something here for everybody’s price range.

While I’m working from Elements, I like to help out with the running of the business, answering phone calls to take bookings and keeping on top of the towels for the girls.

Hi, I'm Olivia and I'm qualified in advanced skincare treatments & holistic massage. Previous jobs to now have influenced my career choice to follow what comes naturally to me. Being in the hairdressing industry for just short of three years allowed my ability in massage to show. This encouraged me to train in working with the skin and body. I love all things skin and have a passion for creating a warm, welcoming environment for my clients to fully relax and switch off.

I am always seeking progression and further knowledge expanding my knowledge & expertise in spa influenced treatments. I like to think that I'm naturally a warm, friendly person that creates a feeling of ease when you are around me. Throughout treatments I follow conversational ques with lead from my client. Taking your time to breathe and slow down is my aim for your treatment.. I specialise in Facials & Scalp treatments.

Hi I’m Jenna and I’ve been a part of the elements team since we reopened after Covid. I’m qualified in all aspects of beauty like Pedicures, Manicures. Waxing and tinting. But my passion lies within the more relaxing services we offer. I Absolutely love being able to pamper my clients and allow them to forget the stress’s in day to day life. I like to think the hour or 90mins they spend with me eases their mind and allows them to really switch off.

Since being a team member I’ve built up a great returning clientele but love meeting new people.

Hi I’m Lorna and I am Elements full time nail technician. I specialise in acrylic nail extensions and like to test my nail art skills. I also provide BIAB, gels and gel toes.

I’ve been a nail technician for over 7 years now and have eventually settled into working at Elements, I look forward to meeting you and transforming your nails for you.
