Before booking your online treatment. If you are a new client to elements, please refrain from using the online system and instead contact us directly to make an appointment.

New clients to elements using the booking system will be charged an additional 20% on top of their treatment price, as per the new Fresha fees that have been brought into action since Jan 2024.

Elements cannot be responsible for this fee and it is unfortunately non negotiable.

You can easily avoid this by emailing us, phoning us, or use Facebook/Instagram to book.

Once you have made your first appointment & we have created your Fresha profile. you can then use the online system with no extra charges.

The girls here are incredibly friendly, whilst being professional and extremely knowledgeable.
